If colours look different on screen vs print, it’s usually down to colour mode. This guide explains CMYK vs RGB and what to export.
RGB is how monitors display colour. It can look brighter than print.
CMYK is the ink-based colour system for printing. Some bright RGB colours can’t be matched exactly in ink.
Best practice: CMYK PDF at 300dpi, with bleed where needed. RGB can be printed, but expect small shifts.
